Chettinad Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:


chicken-1kg


Fry and ground:


cloves-3, aniseeds, poppy, coriander, malli mokku-1, marati mokku-1, black pepper - little


curry leafs - 2 hand full, red chilli - 2


To fry:


big onions - 2, tomato - 1 , G-G - little, chilli powder - little


Now, keep a cooker pan, add oil, allow to heat, later add onions, tomato, G-G, chilli powder.


add chicken, salt, tumeric powder. keep frying till the raw smell goes...


After the chicken get well cooked, add all the grounded masala's.. mix it well and leave it for 10 min.. make it dry and serve hot......


This is a very good dish, which i love it... yummy!!!!!!!
